The Best Cookies and Cream Cookies

Makes: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 4.2 ounce package of instant Oreo pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- 1 7.37 ounce Giant Hershey’s Cookies and Cream candy bar
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside for later.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until they become light and smooth.
- Mix in the 4.2 ounce packet of instant Oreo pudding.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour the flour mixture in gradually while stirring until the dough reaches a thick consistency.
- Cut the Cookies and Cream candy bar into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Add the candy pieces and chocolate chips into the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Using a cookie dough scooper, place golf ball sized dough balls on a baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Finish them off with a few more chocolate chips on top for that special touch!
- Bake at 350° for 8 – 10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
