Ingredients
- 1 honeycrisp apple
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- ¼ cup quick oats
- ½ cup milk (or milk substitute)
- 1 TBSP almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- Dash of cinnamon
- Handful of ice
Steps
- Peel and cut up the apple.
- Use a knife to slice the dates lengthwise. Pry the sides open and take out the pit.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.
