Ingredients

  • 1 honeycrisp apple
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup milk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Handful of ice
